Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera has been a fitness model as well as an Instagram superstar for many years. Ashley Nocera was born in the USA in August of 1994 and was born under the constellation of Leo. Ashley does not talk about her grandparents, however her grandmother who was an infamous bodybuilder during the 20s and 30s has been credited for inspiring her passion for fitness. Ashley is active physically since she was a little girl. She started swimming lessons when she was around the age of 4 and continued through the next 10 years. There were many competitions she participated in however she was not as committed since she wasn't prepared to adhere to strict diet in order that her body could give its maximum. The model was a bit popular in her time in high school mostly thanks to her attractive physique and attractive looks however, it's unclear who she was with at this point in her life. Ashley decided after she graduated to skip university and concentrate on her work as model. Ashley was just 15 when she realized that she was not happy with how her body was looking. Inspired by her grandfather, she began going to the gym but took his suggestions and started slow. She didn't realize she was about to be spending the next 9 years shaping her body and gradually becoming an fitness model. Invigorated by her win Ashley took part in at the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships and won seventh place she was motivated by what she considered was an undeserved defeat, and decided to work out even more. Ashley participated at her first WBFF World Championships 2015 and finished 5th. As the competition was over, Ashley opted to not pursue competing. There were offers to do photoshoots while she was competing, but didn't want to mix her careers however now that she quit competing she decided to turn into an exercise model. The cover of one of the biggest fitness magazines led her to a career as a fitness models. In the years since, she has gained a reputation as a sought-after model. She has appeared in a variety of bikinis and clothing businesses and was published in the front cover of a renowned fitness magazine.
